Please use this form to make a referral for support for the young person you are seeking support for. The form will then be triaged by the pastoral team to give the most appropriate advice, within 7 school working days. That might range from; advising the form tutor how they can support, giving advice to parents on what external services are available, offering group or one-to-one mentoring support or anything else appropriate.  Should your concern be that there is an immediate threat to their health you should contact 999 / Attend A&E.
