Character News - Sodexo Blue Day

As part of July 2025's environmentally themed 'Blue Day', Sodexo's Head Chef and their nutritionist lead workshops on creating salads from sustainable food sources and replacing meat with plant-based protein.

Over 50 pupils successfully applied by being purposeful and passionate. Within an hour, they had turned new knowledge into new resourcefulness in producing some fantastic dishes.

 

Mr Bell blindly judged all entries' use of the rainbow, visual presentation, and taste! The fourteen winners all received vegan cookbooks with which to continue their character development.
